KMCNews – Kepolisian Daerah Nusa Tenggara Barat memberikan atensi terkait kasus penganiayaan menggunakan sajam (pisau) yang menyebabkan Ipda Uji Siswanto, Kanit Reskrim Polsek Utan meninggal Dunia (MD) yang dilakukan oleh Syamsul Hidayat alias Bim, Dusun tengah 3 Desa Tengah Kec. Utan.
Kabid Humas Polda NTB, Kombes Pol. Artanto, S.I.K.,M.Si, mengatakan, terduga pelaku saat ini dalam pengejaran oleh Tim Puma.Polisi juga telah menyebarkan foto terduga pelaku, untuk mempercepat penangkapan.
“Sudah kita kejar. Foto pelaku sudah kita sebar. Semoga segera tertangkap,” tandasnya, dalam siaran pers yang diterima KMCNews, Jum’at Malam (10/7/2020).
Sementara itu, Kapolres Sumbawa AKBP Widy Saputra S.IK, menerangkan, terduga pelaku dikatahui merupakan seorang residivis perampokan, beberapa tahun lalu.
Adapun Kronologi kejadiannya, menurut Kapolres, pada hari jumat 10 Juli 2020 Pukul 08.00-09.00 Wita Kanit Reskrim menuju Desa Stowe Brang untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan sesuai LP/24/VI/2020 tgl 28 Juni 2020 antar pelapor Agus dengan pelaku penganiayaan dan sekitar jam 09.40 Wita korban telah kembali dari menyelasaikan kasus kemudian menuju Desa Tengah (rumah mertua korban) dan sekitar jam 10.00 Wita sesampainya disimpang 4 Desa tengah (belakang Kantor Desa Tengah) tiba-tiba korban diserang dalam posisi mengendarai Sepeda Motor oleh pelaku menggunakan Sajam mengenai beberapa bagian ditubuh korban dan sempat dilerai oleh saksi dan mengamankan senjata tajamnya.
Namun pelaku terus melakukan penganiayaan dan dapat dipisahkan kemudian korban dibawa oleh saksi ke Puskesmas Utan untuk penanganan awal dan dirujuk ke RSUD Sumbawa untuk penanganan lebih lanjut. Namun disaat perawatan Korban menghembuskan nafas terahirnya.
Dijelaskan lagi, aksi penganiayaan tersebut sempat pisahkan oleh saksi bernama bernama Abdul Hamit (orang tua terduga pelaku) yang ada di TKP.
Kemudian mengamankan senjata tajamnya yang digunakan oleh terduga pelaku untuk menganiaya korban.
Korban selanjutnya dilarikan ke Puskesmas Utan untuk penanganan awal. Mengingat lukanya cukup parah, korban dirujuk Ke RSUD Sumbawa untuk penanganan lebih lanjut. Namun korban tidak bisa terselamatkan. Sementara terduga pelaku sempat melarikan diri. Saat ini masih dalam proses pengejaran.
Kapolres Sumbawa, mengatakan, korban meninggal dalam perjalanan menuju RSUD Sumbawa. Janazah korban akan diotopsi. Sebab kata dia, berdasarkan pengamatan pihaknya, luka koban tidak begitu patal.
Sehingga perlu dikalukan otopsi untuk mengatahui penyebab kematiannya.
“Saat ini kita menunggu dokter dari mataram, untuk otopsi untuk mengetahui penyebab meninggalnya,” jelasnya.
“Lukanya, sayatan di pipi, belakang telinga, punggung dan kaki. Menurut amatan lukanya tidak fatal, jadi kita lakukan otopsi,” lanjutnya.
Kapolres menambahkan, korban ini selama pengabdiannya dikenal baik dan ulet. Dia merupakan seorang ayah yang baik di masyarakat juga dikenal ramah. Semua permasalahan masyarakat ia tangani mengedapankan mediasi secara kekeluargaan.
“Ini sebuah pukulan bagi kami, ini personil terbaik kami,” paparnya.
Atas kejadian ini, Kapolres meminta kepada masyarakat untuk menyerahkan penanganan kasus ini kepada Polres Sumbawa.
“Siapapun itu, antara korban dan pelaku, karena ini tindak pidana akan kita proses secara hukum. Serahkan kepada kami,” pungkasnya.(K-If/*)
