Mataram – Ketua Dewan Pengurus Daerah Perkumpulan Aparatur Pemerintah Desa Seluruh Indonesia (DPD PAPDESI) Provinsi Nusa Temggara Barat (NTB), Jumat (4/8/2023), menyatakan masukan terkait Pj. Gubernur harus yang memahami karakteristik penduduk dan geografi NTB. Masukan itu disampaikan seiring pemberitaan media, jika tiga calon Pj. Gubernur yang diusulkan DPRD NTB.

Dalam pernyataannya, Ketua PAPDESI NTB Sahril mempertegas jika NTB harus dipimpin oleh putra NTB, yang memahami karakteristik penduduk dan geografis dua pulau di NTB sebagai sebuah kenyataan politik Menurutnya, kebutuhan untuk memahami seluk beluk, karakteristik, sosial budaya dan adat istiadat masyarakat setempat adalah sebuah keharusan yang tidak terelakkan.

Sahril mengatakan, “Kecuali kita di NTB ini, memang sudah tidak ada yang memiliki kualifikasi dan atau tidak cukup syarat, iya boleh lah ada negosiasi dan kompromi politik, tapi ini kan putra daerah kita masih ada yang qualified dan memenuhi syarat, ya harus putra daerah NTB,” ungkapnya.

Dalam menyebutkan nama calon potensial, Sahril menyoroti Lalu Niqman Zahir, seorang putra daerah NTB yang memiliki pengalaman birokrasi dan jenjang karir yang bagus. Ia menegaskan dengan adanya kandidat seperti Lalu Niqman yang memiliki kemampuan yang baik, maka NTB tidak memerlukan pemimpin dari luar.

“NTB masih punya putra daerah seperti Lalu Niqman Zahir. Apa kurangnya beliau, pengalaman birokrasi, OK, jenjang karirnya bagus. Jadi, untuk apa orang luar yang harus memimpin kita,” tegasnya.

Selain itu, ada juga H. Lalu Gita Aryadi, yang menjadi salah satu yang diusulkan dimana saat ini menduduki jabatan Sekda NTB.

“Tapi beliau (Gita Aryadi) mungkin sudah nyaman selaku Sekda NTB. Artinya, Lalu Niqman jadi Pj. Gubernur akan padu padan dengan Mamiq Gita sebagai Sekdanya,” sebut Sahril.

Ia juga mengingatkan Pemerintah Pusat, untuk mempertimbangkan tahun politik atau pesta demokrasi tahun 2024. Menurutnya, apabila putra daerah tidak dipilih sebagai Pj Gubernur NTB, maka hal itu dapat menyebabkan ketidakstabilan di wilayah tersebut.

“Kalau bukan putra daerah yang jadi Penjabat Gubernur, maka kami masyarakat NTB akan bergerak,” ancamnya dengan tegas.

Sahril pun menutup pernyataannya dengan satu kata yang kuat, “Satu kata, Pj. Gubernur harus putra NTB,” menegaskan kembali jika masyarakat NTB bersatu untuk mendukung pemimpin dari kalangan sendiri.(*)
