Punya Temuan Korupsi, Money Politik, Kejaksaan KSB Siapkan Silapo untuk Laporan Pengaduan

Sumbawa Barat – Kejaksaan Negeri Sumbawa Barat mengundang partisipasi publik untuk melaporkan berbagai masalah yang terjadi, baik oleh aparat penyelenggara Negara maupun perangkat Desa serta masalah hukum lainya ditengah masyarakat.

Sistem pelaporan inipun dibuat dengan akses mudah berbasis online melalui website Silapo.co.id, sehingga setiap komponen masyarakat dapat menggunakannya.

Staf Intelijen Kejaksaan Negeri Sumbawa Barat, Sahaji Wicaksno menyampaikan bentuk laporan online yang diterima Kejaksaan dibagi dalam dua kategoti yakni, Silapo (sistem Layanan Pelaporan Online) dan Sipedes (Sistem Pendampingan Desa Terintegrasi).

Untuk Silapo jenis laporan yang diterima meliputi laporan Korupsi/KKN, laporan mafia tanah, laporan konflik sosial di masyarakat, laporan aliran kepercayaan dan laporan pelanggaran Pemilu seperti money politik dan pelanggaran lainnya.

“ Silapo juga menyediakan permintaan penyuluhan hukum/penerangan hukum,” terang Sahaji, kepada KMC Media Group disela-sela kegiatan sosialisasi Ormas Sumbawa Barat, di Gedung Setda Sumbawa Barat, Selasa (1/8/23)

Sedangkan untuk menu laporan Sipedes, Sahaji menjelaskan Kejaksaan Negeri Sumbawa Barat menerima laporan terkait penyalahgunaan dana Desa.Selain itu di Sipedes menurutnya, Kejaksaan juga melayani layanan konsultasi desa, layanan pendampingan desa serta layanan permintaan penyuluhan hukum desa.

“ Setiap laporan yang masuk kami akan balas dan proses paling lambat selama 7 hari kerja, laporan harus dilengkapi bukti baik berupa dokumen, foto maupun video,” tandas Sahaji.

Sejak website ini diluncurkan akhir 2022 lalu disampaikan Sahaji sudah ada beberapa laporan yang masuk dan di tindaklanjuti oleh Kejaksaan Sumbawa Barat.

“Untuk tahun 2023, sejauh ini baru ada 3 laporan yang masuk diantaranya berkaitan dengan pelanggaran Pemilu, dengan adanya website Silapo ini kami mengundang segenap komponen masyarakat untuk bisa laporkan setiap masalah yang ada,” demikian pungkas Sahaji Wicaksono.(K1)
