Sumbawa Barat – Tersangka kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pengelolaan keuangan pada Perusahaan Daerah (Perusda) Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat, EK Direktur CV PAM akhirnya ditahan Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Sumbawa Barat, setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh Tim Jaksa Penyidik di Kantor Kejari Rabu (30/8/23).

Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Sumbawa Barat, Dr. Titin Herawati Utara,SH., MH dalam keterangannya menyampaikan, pemeriksaan terhadap tersangka EK tersebut berdasarkan surat perintah penyidikan nomor: PRINT-01/N.2.16/Fd. 1/03/2023 tanggal 31 Maret 2023 Jo. Surat Perintah Penyidikan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Sumbawa Barat Nomor: PRINT- 03/N.2.16/Fd.1/08/2023 tanggal 14 Agustus 2023 dan Surat Penetapan Tersangka (PIDSUS-18) Nomor: 02/N.2.16/Fd. 1/08/2023 tanggal 14 Agustus 2023.

EK hadir di Kejari Sumbawa Barat dalam rangka memenuhi panggilan yang ketiga dari Jaksa Penyidik dalam kapasitas EK sebagai tersangka. Berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penahanan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Sumbawa Barat Nomor: PRINT- 02/N.2.16/Fd.1/08/2023 tanggal 30 Agustus 2023.

“Terhadap tersangka EK per hari ini tanggal 30 Agustus 2023 dilakukan penahanan yang ditempatkan pada Rutan Polsek Taliwang Sumbawa Barat selama 20 (dua puluh) hari kedepan dan dapat diperpanjang jika diperlukan,” terang Kajari Sumbawa Barat, Dr.Titin Herawati Utara, Rabu Malam (30/8/23).

Diberitakan sebelumnya, EK melalui kuasa hukumnya Lalu Anton Hariawan, SH, Senin (28/8/2023) telah memberi sinyal akan menyerahkan diri ke Kejari Sumbawa Barat atau ke Kejati NTB.

Anton mengatakan keterlambatan memenuhi panggilan Kejari Sumbawa Barat, lebih karena faktor keamanan dan keselamatan kliennya. Apalagi dalam hal kasus ini, EK menurutnya begitu banyak mengetahui keterlibatan oknum oknum lain dalam proses pencairan Uang dari Perusda ke perusahaan yang dipimpinnya.

” Kami pastikan klien kami tidak akan kemana mana. Klien kami selalu taat pada aturan hukum yang berlaku. Klien kami akan menyerahkan diri ke Kejari KSB atau bisa juga langsung Kejati NTB,” tandas Anton sebelumnya.(K1)
