Dinas LH KSB  Minta Pengolahan Emas di Jorok Liang Ditutup, Hari Ini ESDM Provinsi Cek Lokasi

Sumbawa Barat – Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat dan DLH Provinsi NTB merekomendasikan untuk menghentikan segala aktivitas pengelohan tambang emas di Jorok Liang Seloto.

Penegasan ini disampaikan Kepala Dinas LH Sumbawa Barat, Ferial, S.KM kepada KMC Media Group, Rabu (7/7/2021) di Kantornya seusai pertemuan dengan pihak Dinas ESDM Provinsi NTB.

“ Kami sudah turun bahkan LH Provinsi juga sudah turun, dan sudah bersurat dan buat berita acara seminggu yang lalu minta kepada pemilik tambang itu untuk dihentikan,” tandas Ferial.

Ditegaskannya, segala aktivitas tambang itu minta dihentikan karena dasarnya tanpa ada ijin lingkungan.

Terkait masalah luapan air tambang hingga ke danau lebo, Ferial mengatakan pihaknya sudah melakukan pengecekan ke lokasi namun belum klasifikasi sampai kearah sana, namun yang jelas menurutnya minta dihentikan karena dasar tidak ada ijin lingkungan.

Mengenai informasi masih ada aktivitas tambang tersebut meski sudah disurati pihak LH Provinsi, Ferial menegaskan pihaknya akan lakukan pengecekan.

“ Ya untuk itu hari ini kami turun cek lokasi bersama ESDM Provinsi kalau masih aktivitas  kami minta dihentikan sampai ada ijin lingkungan baru boleh lagi,”katanya.

Sementara itu ditempat yang sama, Penjabat Sekretaris Daerah Sumbawa Barat, Amar Nurmansyah dimintai keterangannya terkait pertemuan dengan ESDM NTB.

Ia mengatakan dalam rapat tersebut disampaikan persoalan tambang secara umum di KSB termasuk juga soal Seloto.

Harapan KSB terhadap ESDM NTB dikatakannya, agar WPR (Wilayah Pertambangan Rakyat)  bisa dipercepat prosesnya.

“ Karena WPR sekarang sudah di Provinsi ya bisa dipercepat karena syarat dari Kabupaten sudah selesai,” ujarnya.

Lalu wilayah mana saja yang dimaksud dalam tambang rakyat tersebut, Amar mengatakan ada titik tertentu sehingga didorong supaya menjadi wilayah tempat penambang-penambang rakyat.

“ Kalau dalam RTRW kita sih tersebar di semua Kecamatan,” pungkasnya.

Sedangkan seperti apa hasil kunjungan ESDM Provinsi dan pihak LH Kabupaten yang turun ke lokasi tambang Jorok Liang hari ini, hingga berita ini diturunkan pihak terkait sedang menuju lokasi.(K1)
