Band KSB, New Berlin Guncang Panggung Musik Samota MXGP

Sumbawa – Grup Band asal Taliwang Sumbawa Barat New Berlin tampil memukau dan mengguncang panggung konser musik Don’t Kill Musik di arena MXGP Samota Sumbawa.

Dihadapan ribuan penonton konser sekitar pukul 17.00 WITA, Sabtu (17/6/2022) New Berlin dengan pentolan Iman pada Vokal Haris sebagai Gitaris, Gelby pada Bass dan Aswat pada drum membawakan 4 lagu dimana dua diantaranya lagu berbahasa Taliwang dari Album mereka yakni, Tentang Kita Yang Belajar Bertahan, Like a Tree Without Fruit, Sebenarna Apa Dita Sa dan Laung Ke Ate.

Salah satu penonton konser, Adrisal asal Sumbawa mengaku cukup terhibur dengan penampilan New Berlind.

” Lagu Bahasa Taliwangnya mantap dipadukan dengan irama musik keren dengan alunan vocal yang cukup padu, saya dan teman- teman terhibur,” ujar Adrisal.

Tohiruddin, SH manager New Berlind, sebelumnya mengungkapkan alasan dari pihak penyelenggara mengajak band yang lahir sejak 17 Agustus 2018 (New Berlind) untuk tampil di ajang tersebut karena dinilai konsisten dalam mengeluarkan karya dan sudah bisa di dengarkan di beberapa platform musik.

“Mini album New Berlind sudah ada, musik yang kami sajikan juga unik dan berbeda dari musisi-musisi lain di NTB. Walaupun lirik lagu daerah yang kami bawakan, akan tetapi genrenya kekinian dan modern. Itulah yang menjadi nilai jual kami sehingga dilirik oleh pihak penyelenggara untuk tampil di ajang tersebut,” ungkap Tohir.

Sebagai manager sekaligus Foundding New Berlind Manajemen, ia sangat bangga dan gembira karena mendapatkan kesempatan yang sangat berharga untuk tampil di ajang tersebut sehingga karya-karya yang dikeluarkan sejak tahun 2018 itu dapat secara langsung di dengarkan oleh khalayak luas.

Pada kesempatan itu juga, Toink sapaan akrabnya mengajak masyarakat Sumbawa Barat untuk hadir dan memeriahkan event internasional MXGP Samota yang akan digelar mulai dari tanggal 24 hingga 26 Juni 2022.

“Event ini merupakan kickoff bangkitnya kita dari pandemi, event ini juga sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan geliat ekonomi dan pariwisata. Jadi dalam momentum ini, mari masyarakat Sumbawa Barat yang memiliki waktu luang untuk meramaikan acara tersebut,” ajak Toink.

Ditempat yang sama, Imam Junaid selaku vokalis New Berlind dalam keterangan pers sebelumnya mengatakan, bagi yang suka lagu lagu New Berlin dapat langsung mendengarkannya di platform musik Soundcloud yang sudah mencapai 716.000 streaming, Joox, iTunes, Spotify, Tik-Tok dan Chanel Youtube New Berlind.

“Di platform musik inilah kami memperkenalkan dan mengangkat daerah kita karena lagu-lagu yang kami keluarkan kebanyakan menggunakan bahasa daerah dengan menggabungkan tiga gendre musik sehingga terdengar kekinian dan modern,” jelas vokalis New Berlind.

Ditempat terpisah sebelumnya , Masadi, SE selaku pembina sekaligus penasehat Pilar Musik Samawi mengapresiasi dan mensupport penuh New Berlind pada penggelaran ajang festival “Don’t Kill Music 2022”
