Hadir dalam acara Pembukaan ini, Menteri Pariwisata Arif Yahya, Menteri Perhubungan Budi Karya Sumadi, Menko Maritim Luhut Binsar Panjaitan dan Dirjen Pertahanan RI Brigjen TNI Sisriadi.
Disamping itu hadir pula Gubernur NTB, Dr. TGH Muhammad Zainul Majdi, LC, M.A, Wakil Gubernur NTB M. Amin. SH, Laksdya TNI Aan Kurnia, Kapolda NTB Irjen Drs. Achmad Djuri M.Hum, Kasdam IX/ Udayana Brigjen TNI Kasuri, Danrem 162 /WB Kolonel CZI Ahmad Rizal Ramdani S.Sos, Bupati Kab Sumbawa H. Husni Djibril B.sc, Wakil Bupati Kab Sumbawa Drs. H.
