DPM Des KSB Perkuat Sumber Daya Bumdes Menuju Era Digital

Sumbawa Barat, KMCNews – Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat  dan Desa (DPM Des) terus berupaya dalam meningkatkan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) khususnya para pengelolah Badan usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes), dalam rangka menghadapi persaingan dan tantangan di era Digital.

Peningkatan kapasitas SDM ini diwujudkan dengan kembali digelar pelatihan dengan materi menuju Bumdes Digital dan materi penguatan kelembagaan dan tranparansi keuangan Bumdes serta materi terkait pemanfaatan IKAS BNI untuk Bumdes Digital oleh BNI Capem Taliwang, yang berlangsung di Aula Kantor DPM Des KSB, Kamis (21/1/2021).

Kepala Bidang Ekonomi/TTG dan SDA DPM Des KSB, Trisman,S.T.M.Si mengatakan, kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari arahan Menteri Desa PDTTRI terkait SDGSDesa, dana desa untuk kegiatan padat karya dan pemberdayaan Bumdes digital.

Menurut Trisman, Juknis sekaligus target kegiatan ini yakni, peningkatan kapasitas pengurus Bumdes se KSB, gerakan tuntas tertib adminitasi Bumdes 2021, transapransi pengelolaan keuangan Bumdes serta optimalisasi peran Bumdes untuk  peningkatan PADes.

“ Alhamdullilah awal tahun kita awali dengan peningkatan kapasitas SDM Bumdes kita dan memang sudah target kita tahun ini  harus tuntas persoalan administrasi pengelolaan Keuangan Bumdes, selanjutnya tahun ini juga kita kembali arahkan Bumdes menuju Digitalisasi,” terang Trisman.

Sementara itu, dalam materi menuju Bumdes Digital Indra Irawan, S.Kom yang ditunjuk sebagai pemateri menyampaikan beberapa poin penting dalam mewujudkan Bumdes Digital yakni, pemahaman tentang jenis usaha dan sistem pemasaran , mindset digital, Bumdes Digital dengan dipaparkannya sejumlah contoh Kabupaten/Kota yang sukses dalam penerapan Digitalisasi Bumdes di Indonesia, kemudian terkait Branding Bumdes,  tekhnik menentukan dan meriset Produk serta menargetkan pasar dan terakhir tentang beberapa skill digital.

“Kita patut apresiasi langkah Dinas terkait, karena sudah era nya Digitalisasi itu didekatkan terutama di kalangan Bumdes, selama ini kita susah mencari  pasar sementara Digitalisasi memberikan kemudahan bagaimana menargetkan pasar yang ada, kuncinya mau belajar dan terus di upgrede kapasitas SDM yang ada, kalau daerah lain seperti di NTT beberapa produknya bisa tembus pasar nasional kita juga pasti bisa,”ujar Indra.

Meski materi digitalisasi dipaparkan secara singkat namun sejumlah peserta mengaku puas dan yakin dengan potensi digital bisa berkembang,  karena sebagian diantara Bumdes yang ada telah merasakan dan membuktikan efektivitas system pemasaran Digital, seperti Bumdes kemuning Sekongkang dan Bumdes Kalimantong.

“Tinggal kedepan bagaiman skill digitalnya ditingkatkan dan dilakukan secara konsisten dan Persisten,”pungkas Indra.(K1)
