6.704 Pelamar Umum Plus Waiting List Ajukan Berkas Lamaran PT MacMahon

KMCNews – Sebanyak 6.467 berkas lamaran kerja tambang batu hijau PT MacMahon, diterima tim bersama rekrutmen di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat.Jumlah tersebut dihitung berdasarkan hari terakhir pendaftaran yakni 31 Desember lalu.

Jumlah tersebut merupakan pelamar umum yang datang dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Sementara untuk tenaga waiting list, yang memasukkan lamaran sebanyak 237 orang dari sebanyak 251 orang yang tersisa. Sehingga total jumlah pelamar umum dan waiting list mencapai 6.704 orang. Dari jumlah pelamar tersebut yang diterima nantinya berjumlah 819 orang.

Dari total jumlah pelamar umum yang masuk, dominan atau sekitar 70 persen merupakan penduduk lokal Sumbawa Barat.

Sementara pelamar dari luar KSB sekitar 30 persen, baik pelamar dari kabupaten yang ada di pulau Sumbawa maupun dari pulau Lombok.

Dalam proses rekrutmen ini pelamar lokal menjadi prioritas dengan catatan skill yang dimiliki pelamar lokal ini sesuai syarat yang dibutuhkan perusahaan (MacMahon).

Jika tidak memiliki skill, para pelamar local tetap akan diberikan kesempatan dengan diikutkan training di Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

Kabid penempatan tenaga kerja (Penta) Disnaker KSB yang juga anggota tim bersama, Taufiq Hikmawan, mengatakan tim selanjutnya akan melaksanakan verifikasi kelengkapan berkas lamaran pelamar umum sebelum pelamar dinyatakan lolos atau tidak ke tahapan tes selanjutnya.

“Setelah verifikasi, pelamar yang persyaratannya lengkap akan diserahkan ke Mac Mahon untuk tahapan tes selanjutnya,” jelas Taufiq.

Pengumuman resmi hasil verifikasi dokumen bagi pelamar umum yang dinyatakan lolos dan berhak mengikuti tes selanjutnya akan dilansir tanggal 11 Januari 2018.

Sementara khusus untuk pelamar dari waiting list, saat ini sudah sekitar 199 orang yang mengikuti tes interview (wawancara) oleh dinas terkait bersama dengan PT Mac Mahon. Sedangkan sisanya, sekitar 37 orang masih menunggu jadwal untuk melakukan wawancara.

“Satu orang lainnya, hingga saat ini masih terus dilakukan pendalaman data karena data yang diajukan untuk melamar dari jalur waiting list masih rancu dan tidak ada yang lengkap,” ungkap Taufiq.(K-3)
